Hi and welcome to Ruby Lu! 
We are a brick-and-mortar boutique serving our local community in Caldwell, TX. What started as a flower shop and boutique combo named, All Purpose Flower is now Ruby Lu Boutique! Ruby Lu is coined after my Great Grandmother Ruby and her daughter, my grandmother Lulu. I am excited to expand my passion, the boutique side of the business I created to continue to serve Caldwell, but also reach those online! We are always adding new inventory and changing with the seasons. We love seeing new faces stop by, but also appreciate those who shop from afar.
